Refund and Returns Policy
- Returns will be accepted within 10 days of purchase and the reason, should be clearly stated in an email to customersupport@sharenlord.com
- Upon receiving the email, and if reasons are considered valid by us, the address to send the returnable items will be notified via email.
- All returned items must be in their original condition with the price tag in place, and receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Any applicable courier/delivery charges for return shipping are to be borne by the customer.
- Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
- We refund only the price paid for the item excluding the shipping charges paid at the point of purchase.
- Our shipping is handled by Aramex. At the point of purchase, you are given the option to select the shipping time (express or standard shipping) depending on what the courier service provides at the given time.
- The cost of delivery will be added to the bill at checkout unless we add promotions for you to avail free shipping.
- Sharen Lord (Pvt) Ltd undertakes no responsibility to bear any customs duty/taxes incurred by the customer in their relevant country at the point of delivery.
